When did Thailand become a democracy?

Thailand has never officially become a full democracy, although progress towards democracy has been made since the 1932 Siamese Revolution, which transformed the country from an absolute to constitutional monarchy. Thailand experienced a period of democracy in the 1930s, but military coups and authoritarian regimes have often interrupted democratic progress in the country's history. Despite having democratic constitutions, Thailand has faced ongoing struggles and tensions between democratic and authoritarian elements within its political system.
