Book your first class airline ticket by calling your airline to make your reservation. Book a coach flight on your airline of choice. Anytime after making your reservation you can visit your account on the airline's website and choose the option that allows you to "View or Change Your Reservation". From here you have the option of upgrading your tickets to first class tickets.
