Why did the Hittites and others migrate from central Asia to Mesopotamia?

The Hittites did not migrate from Central Asia to Mesopotamia. There is no evidence to suggest that the Hittites ever lived in Central Asia. The Hittites were an Indo-European people who originated in Anatolia (modern-day Turkey) and established their empire in the 18th century BC. They were never known to have lived in Central Asia.
