Who is who in the government of China?

The government of China is structured as a one-party system, with the Communist Party of China (CPC) holding all power. The current General Secretary of the CPC, and thus the leader of China, is Xi Jinping. He serves as both President of the People's Republic of China and Chairman of the Central Military Commission.

The Supreme People's Procuratorate is the highest procuratorate organ in China. It is responsible for investigating and prosecuting criminal cases, supervising judicial work, and protecting citizens' rights. The current Procurator-General of the Supreme People's Procuratorate is Zhang Jun.
