    Chynna

    • Chynna is a busy and noisy fine-dining restaurant at the Hilton Kuala Lumpur. Innovative and authentic dishes are offered in a replica of an ancestral hall from the Tang Dynasty, surrounded by wall hangings and lanterns on high beams. Open daily from noon to 11 p.m., soft lighting, red cushions, and black table linen dominate the interiors. A tea master starts off meals by pouring tea from a teapot with a meter-long spout. An open dim sum kitchen and bar are the sources of food and drinks listed in three menus: a la carte, dim sum set lunch and dim sum a la carte. Popular choices include wok fried black pepper beef tenderloin cubes with jade kale and cashew nuts, braised shark's fins, or wok fried butter prawn with milk, chili and scented curry leaves.
