The restaurant is cigar-friendly and has a wine cellar. Reservations are highly recommended, according to Zagat, for both lunch and dinner. Dogs are allowed, major credit cards are accepted and a private room is available. Menu highlights include poulet fermier (chicken) and bar grille (fish), mint ice (snowball) and nougat dessert. Prix fixe menus, which offer complete meals for a fixed price, and tasting menus are also options. An interesting aspect of dining at Tang is that the owner uses the menu as a "starting point," Zagat says, and will cook new dishes for you at no extra cost. Dress code is upscale causal.
