The Exotic journeys tour offers ten, eleven, thirteen and fifteen day packages to help accommodate many different schedules. The tour begins in Seoul, the capital of South Korea, and starts with a visit to Gyeongbok Palace, the Folklore Museum, the Blue House (the executive office of the Korean head-of state) and, finally, the Jogesa temple---and that's just day one! The participants stay in Seoul until day five, when they then travel to Mt. Seoraksan and the Sinheungsa temple -- an ancient temple with deep historical significance. Later, travelers explore Mt. Songnisan and the Popjusa temple before visiting the coastal city of Gyeongju (famous for its temples, pagodas, and royal tombs). The tour also visits the island of Jeju-do, a special autonomous province of South Korea. This island is listed as a UNESCO world heritage site due to its volcanic activity. Finally, the tour is brought back to Seoul, where the now well-informed travelers are free to depart back home (or stay for more!).

With Fly2Korea, travelers can select a tour based on their outing preferences. There are three main tours available: the Korea tour, which explores the entire country, the Seoul tour, which specializes in touring the interesting city of Seoul, or the drama tour, which focuses on cultural and dramatic aspects of Korea. In addition, there is also a historical tour and tours based on seasonal activities (for example, a spring tour). These group tours range from five to twelve days, so they may be more appropriate for travelers who are either on a tight schedule or simply wish to spend only some of their time touring.

The do-it-yourself method requires some planning, but the rewards are worth the effort. For people with their own special group in mind---their own selection of friends who they want to share the joy of traveling with---this method is the way to go. The options and possibilities of this tour are endless. One of the benefits offered by the Korean Tourism Organization is the selection of free "Goodwill Guides" who are offered to visitors to provide guide services, cultural exchange, and assist with communication in various ways. This can be an affordable way to get a guided tour around Korea for the group you came with (don't forget to ask about special group-discounts on airfare!). The benefit of travelling with friends adds an incredible amount of safety, comfort, and fun to the idea of the traditional group tour.
