What is an Aussie salute?

The Australian Salute is an Australian tradition whereby, when drinking in the company of others, the drinker tilts their head back, holding the drink bottle or (often) can upright, and pours the drink into their open mouth. Often an Australian Salute follows the toast "heads up, bottoms down".
