What date was Fort Vancouver built in Washington?

There is no evidence to suggest that there is a Fort Vancouver in Washington state. However, there is a Fort Vancouver National Historic Site in Vancouver, Washington state, which serves as a living history museum, but the actual fort no longer exists.
