Pet Bed and Breakfast caters exclusively to cats and small animals. In business since 2001, the cat boarding facility is cage-free. Most cats stay in a large, group area, but individual rooms are available, too. The indoor group area consists of a loft section, fish aquarium, bird house, cabinets with pillows and window benches. Outdoor cats have access to an outdoor group area full of places to hide and climb, such as a carpeted tree forest and pirate boat. Owners of small animals must provide all bedding, cages, litter and supplies.

Gloucester Boarding Kennels has been in operation since 1978, and the original owners still play a role in its day-to-day operations. Canine boarding packages feature morning room service, when the area is disinfected and cleaned, and the bed is made. All food dishes are cleaned daily, too. Dogs stay in a private area that includes heating and air conditioning, and have access to partially covered dog runs. Optional services include walking, bathing, medication administration and transportation. Cats can stay in one of two large suites or an economy room. All rooms include beds, ledges to climb on and litter boxes.

Beds for Tails Country Kennel is located just outside of Ottawa, near the airport. While you vacation, your dog or cat has 3 acres of space to explore. Pets are housed in private, climate-controlled suites with attached pet runs. Animals also have access to a common outdoor play area. Other services available for an extra fee include brushing, medicine administration, baths, one-on-one sessions with staff, and supervised playtime with other dogs. Dog owners must provide a leash and food. Cat owners are welcome to provide food, however, it is not required.
