Is the Mississippi river a Canadian river?

The Mississippi River is primarily located in the central United States and does not flow through Canada. The Mississippi River begins in Lake Itasca in northern Minnesota and flows predominantly through the Midwestern and Southern United States before emptying into the Gulf of Mexico near the Gulf Coast states. Therefore, it is not considered a Canadian river.
