Do all ships vanish in the Bermuda triangle?

The Bermuda Triangle is a region in the western part of the North Atlantic Ocean defined by Bermuda, Puerto Rico, and Miami. Various ships and aircraft have gotten lost or vanished in that area. However, it is important to note that not all ships or aircraft that pass through the Bermuda Triangle disappear. Ships and planes still frequently and safely navigate the area, and the vanishing cases are quite rare.

The notion of the Bermuda Triangle as an exceptionally hazardous area mainly results from exaggerations, misreporting, and sensationalization of the incidents that have occurred there. Investigations into and research by experts have mostly dispelled the notion of a mystery and instead explained certain incidents by factors including violent weather, human error, and technical malfunction.
