Where is grand junction Colorado?

Grand Junction is located in western Colorado, in the Grand Valley of the Colorado River. It is situated at the confluence of the Gunnison and Colorado Rivers, where the Colorado River turns from flowing southwest to northwest. Grand Junction is the 14th most populous municipality in Colorado. The city and its metropolitan statistical area are the primary population centers of the West Slope of Colorado.
