On this all inclusive vacation, your adventure begins the moment you step off the plane when a member of the Jungle resort hotel staff picks you up. If there is enough time your driver may stop at the Belize Zoo where you will get to witness first hand the types and varieties of wildlife in the country. On the second day your guide will take you on a hike to the cave of CheChem Ha where you will see prime examples of Mayan pottery, and then after lunch visit another Mayan site, Xunantunich, well known throughout Belize. On the third day of your vacation, ride through the jungle trails and enjoy the rest of the day cave tubing along underground water ways used by the ancient Mayans. There are still many artifacts found within the caves. On the fourth day enjoy a guided tour of the Caracol Mayan Temples where you will learn about one of the most wonderful Mayan cities ever built, but if you have tired of Mayan sites, you can swap it for a day of river kayaking or a caving adventure. On the fifth day take an early morning river boat ride and see the wonderful birds, lizards and other wildlife that inhabit the jungle. In the afternoon, a member of the staff will transport you to the Belize city airport.

This boutique resort has an inland adventure tour leaving every day. The resort is located in on a pristine beach next to the lush Maya mountains. You can enjoy a day at the resort or plan to leave with one of the bilingual guides on an inland adventure trip. On Mondays you can join the Mayflower jungle and waterfall hike leaving the resort at 8:00 a.m. These are actually two different hikes. The first leads to Antelope Falls, a rigorous and steep trek. The second is to the Three Sisters Falls, which is an easier walk.
On Tuesdays the resort makes trips to the Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary and Jaguar Preserve, where visitors can see a Mayan village and natural wildlife. Guides offer information on plant and wildlife. Wednesdays you can join the Cave and Jungle Adventure. A guide will take you to Blue Hole National Park, one of the oldest jungles in Belize. Within the park is a 30 foot wide sinkhole with sapphire blue water and St. Herman's Cave where visitors can hike and see different birds and wildlife. On Thursday you can spend a day on a Tropical Birding tour, where birds will be identified and explained by guides, or you can spend the day kayaking down one of the plentiful rivers. On weekends historical tours leave from the resort and take visitors to ancient Mayan sites, where knowledgeable guides explain the history of the areas.
