What state has the most oil in Persian Gulf?

No states in the United States have access to the Persian Gulf; however, there are many Middle Eastern countries that border the Persian Gulf and contain some of the largest oil reserves in the world including Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, the UAE, and Qatar.
