What is Paris manyou?

Parisi manyou (literally "Paris wanderer" or "Paris nomad") is a Japanese slang or jargon expression used to describe people who are either homeless, vagrant or destitute in Paris, or live in a very unconventional way in the city. The term Parisi manyou is frequently used in articles, blogs, movies and magazines published in Japan, in a pejorative sense.
