Is Siberia which is in Russia included Europe?

Siberia is not considered part of Europe but rather part of Asia. Although Russia spans both Europe and Asia, the Ural Mountains are generally considered the dividing line between the two continents. Siberia lies almost entirely within Asia east of the Ural mountain range.
