How to count in Latin to ten

Learning Latin was not an easy thing for me. I don't think it was so hard to learn, but that I wanted to learn it overnight because I was taking a trip to Rome Italy, and during my visit I knew the Pope was expected to make a speech at the Vatican, which I intend on attending.

While studying Latin, I found out that more than half of the English language come from Latin. English uses a lot of Latin words, and the spelling plus the meaning of the words are the same.

The biggest surprise for me was the pronunciation of the word "Rome" in Latin it is pronounced Roma (ROH-mah). Now when speaking about "Rome", I always say...as pronounced in Italy (ee-TAHL-ee-ah) it's Roma (ROH-mah).
