There are three European countries that extend north of the Arctic Circle:

1. Norway: The northernmost part of Norway, including the islands of Svalbard, extends well beyond the Arctic Circle. The northernmost point of mainland Norway is Nordkapp, located at 71°10'21"N latitude.

2. Sweden: The northernmost part of Sweden, including the province of Norrbotten, extends above the Arctic Circle. The northernmost point of Sweden is Treriksröset, located at 69°04'02"N latitude.

3. Finland: The northernmost part of Finland, including the region of Lapland, extends into the Arctic Circle. The northernmost point of Finland is Nuorgam, located at 70°05'45"N latitude.
