Wanderlust World Wanderlust World Karla Caves is a complex of ancient Buddhist cave temples located near Lonavala, Maharashtra, India. The complex is situated on the Karli Hill near Pune, 120 kilometres (75 miles) from Mumbai, and is a Protected Monument of the Archaeological Survey of India. The caves were excavated between the 2nd and 5th centuries CE, during the Satavahana and Chalukya dynasties.
