How many foreigners are living in Ireland?

According to the 2016 Irish Census, there were 567,000 non-Irish nationals residing in the country. This marked an increase of 29.5% from 2011, when there were 437,000 non-Irish nationals in Ireland. The largest groups of non-Irish nationals in 2016 were from the United Kingdom, Poland, Lithuania, Romania, and Nigeria.
