What time does the clocks change in Ireland?

In Ireland, as in most of Europe, clocks change twice a year to observe Daylight Saving Time (DST). The change happens on the last Sunday in March, when clocks are moved forward by one hour, and on the last Sunday in October, when clocks are moved back one hour.
