Is the Republic of Ireland completely west prime meridian?

The Republic of Ireland is not completely west of the prime meridian. The westernmost part of the country, County Donegal, is at about 8°30' west longitude, while the easternmost part of the country, County Louth, is at about 6°15' west longitude.
