Where is Gobekli Tepe?

Göbekli Tepe is located in the southeastern Anatolia region of Turkey, approximately 18 kilometers northeast of the city of Şanlıurfa. It is situated on a hilltop overlooking the Harran Plain, near the modern village of Örencik.
