Are they any whiches in Mexico?

There are many variations of the term "witch" in Mexico, including *bruja*, *hechicera*, *curandera*, *chamana* and *nahual*. However, the concept of witchcraft is not as prevalent in Mexican culture as it is in some other parts of the world. Many Mexicans believe in traditional folk magic and spiritual healing practices, but these practices are not necessarily considered to be witchcraft. Witches are often depicted in Mexican folklore and literature, and they are sometimes seen as symbols of female power and resistance to oppression.
