Jepson's Cottages are located on a quiet oceanside street near the Maine Mall in southern Maine. The guests of this cottage can roam 7 miles of beachfront. The pier in Old Orchard Beach is a short 1/2-mile stroll. These cottages have screened front porches and white picket fences for a very New England feel. Each cottage is two bedrooms with a full kitchen and living room. The kitchens have coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove, pots and pans. There is also a gas barbecue grill out back for guests to use. Plenty of lawn chairs are provided for guests to sit in and relax. Each cottage has parking space to accommodate two vehicles.

Seaside Inn in southern Maine has been operated by nine generations of Innkeepers since 1667. They manage several cottages that are adjacent to their inn. Each has a view of the ocean, harbor or both. They can be rented by the week or by the month. Cable TV and linens are provided for all guests. The kitchens are fully quipped and contain microwaves, pots, pans and dishes. Vacationers who stay at these cottages receive access to the local fitness center during their stay. Units are cleaned prior to guest's arrival, but housekeeping is not included during a visitor's stay.

Edgewater Cabins consists of seven cottages located on the Frenchman's Bay in northern Maine. Each cottage will sleep from three to five guests. They have a view of nearby Cadillac Mountain. Guests can relax on the screened porches and look out over the harbor. These cottages are nestled in quiet tree groves that give a hint of privacy. Each unit has a kitchen with refrigerator, stove, stainless steel sink and cooking utensils. Cottages have electric heat, and the Winter Getaway Cottage also includes a wood-burning Franklin stove in its living area. Housekeeping is provided in these units.
