Located on the lake waterfront, the Lakehouse cottage is three stories with five decks and includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and can sleep eight. The Treehouse cottage is located right behind the Lakehouse and has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, and sleeps 10. Each house includes a full kitchen, telephone, Internet, washer and dryer, and grill. As of September 2010, the properties rent for $3,800 a week.

White Lamb Cottages offers travelers a couple of options for accommodations when visiting Windham. One option is to stay in the 1876 Victorian home that can sleep 14 guests. This house includes five bedrooms, two and a half baths, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi access, DVD player, TV and video library. Eight cottages are also available for smaller families with one- or two-bedroom units. The one-bedroom units includes a queen bed and double futon and can hold a maximum of four people. The two-bedroom cottages have a queen bed and four single (bunk beds) and can hold six people. The Sebago Lake Family Campground has eight cottages for guests to rent. The cottages include a bathroom, kitchen, screened-in porch and working fireplace or woodstove. Linens are not included in the cottages. Most of the cottages include a sleeper sofa and twin beds, with a few offering two bedrooms with queen beds in each.
