When did fil mottola create el pueblo?

There is no record of a fil mottola creating El Pueblo. The city of Los Angeles was founded on September 4, 1781, by a group of 44 settlers led by Felipe de Neve, the governor of Las Californias. The settlement was named El Pueblo de Nuestra Señora la Reina de los Ángeles (The Town of Our Lady the Queen of the Angels) in honor of a local river and the Virgin Mary.
