Bear's Cabin, located in the heart of the town of Greer, has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The cabin includes a fully furnished great room, dining room, dishwasher, kitchen, fireplace, barbecue, washer, dryer, three televisions, three queen beds, one queen hide-a-way bed, telephone, games, puzzles and movies. East Fork rents cabins that accommodate up to twelve people. All of the cabins include cooking utensils, pots, pans, stoves, refrigerators, televisions, fireplaces and firewood. The cabins offer views of the Greer Valley, and are situated along the East Fork of the Little Colorado River. Activities in the surrounding area include fishing, hiking, skiing and mountain biking. The region is at an elevation of 8,500 feet, and temperatures are slightly cooler there than in other regions of the state.

Moonridge features one, two and three bedroom cabins, as well as a duplex loft cabin. The duplex sleeps six people, containing an upstairs bedroom loft, as well as a double bed or couch and roll-away bed in the downstairs living room. Dogs are permitted in the cabins. Rooms also include cable television, fully equipped kitchens and a rock fireplace. Moonridge is 30 minutes away from Sunrise Ski area, and fishing, horseback riding, biking and hiking are located near the premises.

Mountain Meadows offers six cabins featuring kitchens, porch swings, gas fireplaces, a barbecue area, televisions, small refrigerator, bedding and linens. Four of the cabins also include jacuzzis. The cabins are located underneath the Mogollon Rim, and guests are surrounded by oak, juniper and Ponderosa pines. Mountain Meadows recommends calling in advance for reservations, since the establishment is two hours from Phoenix. Twelve fishing areas are located within 40 miles of the cabins. Horseback riding, biking, hiking and golf are popular activities in the area as well.
