Do dirt bikes have Tobe registered in Connecticut?

Dirt bikes and other off-highway vehicles (OHVs) do not need to be registered in Connecticut but must be titled if used on public land. OHV stickers are required for vehicles used at state parks, forests, fishing areas, wildlife management areas, and the Silvio O. Conte National Fish and Wildlife Refuge.
