Which city is at the mouth of Hudson bay river?

The Hudson Bay is not a river, it's a large body of water in Canada. It is connected to the Atlantic Ocean through the Hudson Strait and to the Arctic Ocean through the Foxe Basin. There are no cities at the mouth of the Hudson Bay.
