What city in North Dakota that the Yellowstone river flows from?

The Yellowstone River does not flow from any city in North Dakota. The Yellowstone River originates in the Absaroka Mountains in northwestern Wyoming and flows through Montana and North Dakota before joining the Missouri River in western North Dakota.
