Tourism Information for Cuba Beaches

Cuban beaches offer something for everyone, from miles of unspoiled shoreline to a beehive of tourist attractions equipped with luxury resort hotels. Cuba has casinos and water sports such as scuba diving, kayaking, sailing and water skiing. One of Cuba's best-kept secrets is its beaches.
  1. Varadero

    • Varadero has 13 miles of white sand beaches complete with an all-inclusive resort. It caters to any taste from relaxing with a book, para-sailing or exploring one of the many underwater caverns.

    Cayos Coco

    • Cayos Coco is a small cay off the northern coast that boasts unspoiled beaches and access to one of the most beautiful coral reefs in the world.

    Guardalavaca

    • The warm turquoise waters of Guardalavaca are exceptionally clear, with visibility up to 20 meters, making it excellent for diving and exploring marine life.

    Playa Ensenachos

    • Playa Ensenachos, along with Playa Megano, are on the small islet of Cayo Ensenachos. These are protected beaches, very expensive to access and with shallow waters that allow you to wade more than 300 feet out into the ocean.

    Cayo Sabinal

    • Cayo Sabinal is on the northeastern coast of Cuba. Its beautiful beaches offer no resort amenities to speak of, but that small inconvenience is more than offset by the abundance of its rich flora and fauna.
