What is the location of Mount Everest?

Mount Everest is located on the border between Nepal and China. The southern side of the mountain lies in Nepal while the northern side is located in China. The Mount Everest region encompasses several peaks, glaciers, valleys and rivers. It is part of the Mahalangur Himal sub-range of the Himalayas and is the world's highest mountain.
