Golden Heron Eco Tours offers a private five-hour boat tour for a maximum of five people. An experienced captain and guide lead the tour of the Icacos, Lobos and Palominitos islands and three reefs in the Cordillera Reserve. The tour departs from Las Croabas, which is located approximately 41 miles from San Juan. The snorkeling excursion includes feeding local reef fish, drifting down current past coral reefs off Lobos Island, and then enjoying lunch on Los Lirios beach, Icacos Island. After lunch, the boat stops at another reef before returning to the mainland.
For an additional fee, and weather permitting, guests can book a sailing trip to Cayo de las Aves (Bird Key). The tour does not include lunch or snorkeling equipment rental.
