Time Difference: Honolulu vs. San Francisco

Honolulu (Hawaii-Aleutian Standard Time, HAST) is 2 hours behind San Francisco (Pacific Standard Time, PST) during standard time. When it's 12:00 PM in Honolulu, it's 2:00 PM in San Francisco. Neither observes daylight saving time (Hawaii never does; California does, but the gap becomes 3 hours during PDT). So the difference is 2 hours (Nov–Mar) or 3 hours (Mar–Nov).
