Anyone who watches or records live TV programs on any device, including TVs, computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, or any other device capable of receiving a TV signal, must have a TV license in the United Kingdom. This includes watching or recording live TV programs through streaming services, on-demand services, or any other means. Additionally, anyone who downloads or watches BBC programs on iPlayer must also have a TV license.
