Do England and New York Have Their Own Flags?

England has a flag: the St George's Cross (red cross on white). It is used by the Church of England, sports teams (England football, cricket), and civilians.

New York State has an official flag: the state coat of arms on a dark blue field. New York City also has a flag: vertical blue, white, orange stripes with the city seal.

Neither is a sovereign nation, but both have recognized flags.
