- Jesse James: Jesse James was a famous outlaw who robbed banks, trains, and stagecoaches in the Midwest during the 1860s and 1870s. He was known for his daring exploits and became a folk hero to some.
- Frank James: Frank James was Jesse James' brother and was also a member of the James-Younger Gang. He participated in many of the same robberies as Jesse and was also a well-known outlaw.
- Cole Younger: Cole Younger was another member of the James-Younger Gang and was one of the most wanted outlaws in the United States during the late 1800s. He participated in numerous robberies and was eventually captured and imprisoned.
- Bob Younger: Bob Younger was Cole Younger's brother and was also a member of the James-Younger Gang. He was involved in many of the same robberies as Cole and was also captured and imprisoned.
- Jim Younger: Jim Younger was Cole and Bob Younger's brother and was also a member of the James-Younger Gang. He participated in fewer robberies than his brothers and was eventually pardoned.
