Crooked Creek RV Park, 8 miles north of Seneca in West Union, has sites for tents, trailers and RVs with full hookups, cable TV and picnic tables. The campground also features bath houses, laundry facilities, pull-through sites, a camp store and an ATM. Recreational facilities include a playground, swimming pool, beach area, fishing areas, basketball courts, volleyball courts, horseshoe pits and a game room. Clemson University, Sumter National Forest and White Water Falls are nearby.
Lake Hartwell Camping and Cabins, 14 miles southeast of Seneca in Townville, is on the shore of Lake Hartwell in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The 62-acre campground has sites for tents, trailers and RVs with full hookups, cable TV and access to a concrete boat launch ramp. For recreation, the park has a large pool and kiddie pool, a miniature golf course, a tennis court, a basketball court, a playground, horseshoe pits, a volleyball court, hiking trails and a game room. A camp store sells snacks, firewood and RV supplies.
Mile Creek Park, 18 miles northeast of Seneca in Six Mile, has facilities for boating, picnicking, hiking and camping on Lake Keowee. The campground has shaded sites for tents, trailers and RVs with water and power hookups, fire rings, lantern posts and access to bathrooms with hot showers. Most campsites have direct access to the shoreline. The park features paved boat ramps, a loading dock, two playgrounds, a basketball court and a volleyball court. Nearby attractions include the Pickens County Museum, the Calhoun Mansion and several waterfalls.
Oconee State Park, 20 miles northwest of Seneca in the Blue Ridge foothills, has nature trails, swimming areas, playgrounds and a miniature golf course. Two lakes offer fishing for trout, bass, bream and catfish. The lakes also have facilities for boating, canoeing and kayaking. Canoes, kayaks and pedal boats can be rented at the park. The Oconee campground has sites for tents, trailers and RVs with water and electrical hookups. Amenities include a dump station, laundry facilities, rest rooms and hot showers. A primitive group camping area is also available.
