Beluga Lookout, situated in the town of Kenai, is a shorefront campground on the Kenai River, and provides opportunities for fishing on the river, as well as beluga whale sightings in the Cook Inlet. The campground is less than 30 minutes from hiking and cycling opportunities in the Chilkat Mountains.
