Where is the geographic center of contiguous US?

The geographic center of the contiguous United States is located in the city of Lebanon, Kansas, which lies in Smith County. The exact coordinates of the center are 39°50'0" N, 98°35'0" W. This location was determined by the U.S. Geological Survey in 1988 after several previous attempts to pinpoint the center using different methodologies.
