Four places in the United States bear the name Syracuse:

1. Syracuse, New York (largest, ~145,000)
2. Syracuse, Indiana
3. Syracuse, Kansas
4. Syracuse, Missouri

All are small except the NY original, named after the ancient Greek city in Sicily.
