The annual event typically takes place the day before Halloween and Halloween day, and is from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Trolley tours are also available, with the last trolley departing around 9:00 p.m. You get a flashlight (which you can keep) and a guide for your tour, and if you are wearing a costume you are given treats.
