Drive 18 miles south from Alpharetta to Sandy Springs for a dinner of ostrich at 10 Degrees South. The restaurant specializes in South African food which, according to the company website, blends French, Portuguese, Dutch, German and Malaysian cuisine, along with a smattering of Mediterranean. If you like ostrich, 10 Degrees South offers marinated ostrich medallions served in a red wine and rosemary sauce. The menu also includes sandwiches, steaks, spring rolls and salads.
