The restaurant's sustainably-minded, made-from-scratch menu features high-end comfort food like bison pot roast, salt-and-pepper onion rings and Aunt Fannie's squash casserole. The Cumberland location is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
