Ensuring you'll enjoy a meal with characters present takes a little bit of planning, however, including reservations at one of five Disneyland Resort restaurants that offer regular character dining opportunities.
Make a breakfast or lunch reservation at Ariel's Grotto at Disney California Adventure Park for character dining with Disney princesses. Snow White, Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty are among the characters that regularly appear at this restaurant near Paradise Pier.
Head to PCH Grill, located at Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel, for the Surf's Up! Breakfast with Mickey & Friends. This breakfast buffet fills up quickly, so make a reservation ahead of time.
Rise and shine with the Minnie & Friends Breakfast in the Park at Disneyland's Plaza Inn, a Victorian-themed restaurant located on Main Street, USA at the edge of Tomorrowland. Minnie Mouse, Cinderella and many other Disney characters make appearances at breakfast. Reservations are recommended.
