The restaurant uses a ceramic hearth oven and hardwood grill to make seafood, steaks, pizza, barbecue and pasta dishes. Happy hour is Monday through Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. The bar features 10 draft beers, including Rogue Dead Guy Ale, Magic Hat #9 and Chimay Triple. The venue also has a Sunday brunch that includes a buffet, a la carte menu items, Bloody Marys and mimosas.

Located in the Historical District of Annapolis, the Federal House Bar and Grill offers both indoor and outdoor seating and hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including festivals, DJs and poker leagues. Featured menu items include the bake honey brie, crab tart, cream of crab soup, black and bleu salad, rosemary chicken and crab-stuffed shrimp. The venue has private party and banquet seating for 50 guests and offers them an opportunity to create their own menu. There is also an extensive beer and wine selection for patrons at the restaurant, and happy hour is from Monday through Friday, 4 to 7 p.m.
