The Orlando International Airport (OIA) services more than 34 million travelers annually. Travelers can find the most economic parking solution by doing some homework before traveling.
The OIA uncovered parking lot allows parking up to 120 days and has complimentary shuttle service. Per November 2010, rates start at $4 for the first three hours, then $10 daily. The first 10 minutes are free.
The OIA parking garage allows parking up to 60 days and is within walking distance of the main terminal. Per November 2010, rates start at $2 for 40 minutes, $1 for each additional 20 minutes and $17 per day. The first 20 minutes are free.
The on-site Hyatt Regency OIA Hotel provides long- and short-term parking for hotel guests. Surveillance is provided by the Orlando Police Department. Per November 2010, parking ranges from $12 to $16 daily. Nonhotel guests can use the lot for $4 for the first 20 minutes, $1 per additional 20-minute period and $25 per 24-hour period.
Within a six-mile radius from OIA there are off-site parking lots including Park to Fly, EZ Park and Pets, and Park EX Fly. These lots have free shuttle services and many have 24-hour security. Some provide mechanical services, oil changes and car washes. Per November 2010, parking rates range from $3.50 to $12 daily.
