This historical frontier mansion was home to the governor of the Chickasaw Nation from 1898 to 1971. Today, it has been restored to its 1900-style glory with several pieces of original furniture and is used a museum displaying artifacts from the period. Particular attention is paid to experiences of the governor's children, making this a great educational trip for kids. Youngsters can play with puzzles, games and clothing of children from the Victorian era.
